The 10th edition of Signature IIJS 2017 is all set to unveil the most coveted premium jewellery and kick-start the new buying season from 6th (Monday) – 9th (Thursday) February, 2017 at Bombay Exhibition Centre, Goregaon. The 4th edition of India Gem & Jewellery Machinery Expo (IGJME) – one of the leading gem and jewellery (G&J) technology fairs - will be held in conjunction with SIGNATURE IIJS on the same dates and at the same venue.

Due to the preponement of the presentation of the Government’s Union Budget and the prevailing socio-economic market conditions, the National Exhibition Sub Committee of the Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC) has decided to reschedule the show date/ timings and informed the exhibitors the new dates i.e. 6th -9th February 2017. However such change of dates and reduction of duration of the show from 4 to 3 days was discussed through representations by exhibitors from Mumbai and Jaipur, expressing their discontent for curtailment of days of the event and change of dates of Signature IIJS 2017.

After further deliberations with exhibitors at Mumbai and Jaipur, the following has been decided by the Council with regards to organization of Signature IIJS, 2017:

Signature IIJS Show Dates & Timings (6th to 9th February, 2017) for VISITORS:
6th February 2017 Visitor's Time 1 PM to 8 PM
7th & 8th February 2017 Visitor's Time 10 AM to 8 PM
9th February 2017 Visitor's Time 10 AM to 6 PM
Signature IIJS Show Dates & Timings (6th to 9th February, 2017) for EXHIBITORS:
6th February 2017 Exhibitor's Time 6 AM to 9 PM
7th & 8th February 2017 Exhibitor's Time 8 AM to 9 PM
9th February 2017 Exhibitor's Time 8 AM to 9 PM

All the booths of IGJME are being re-located to a new location in Hall No. 1 with new Entry and Exit separate from IIJS Signature.

As a concession to visitors impacted by the recent demonetization scenario, Phase 1 of Visitor Registration has been extended up to 31st January 2017 (Phase II of Visitor registration has been withdrawn). The charges for registration fees as per Phase III will be applicable from 1st February 2017.

Signature IIJS show features well defined sections of Diamonds, Gemstones, Gold and studded Jewellery. The main highlight of the show is Signature Club, which showcases the most exquisite couture jewellery by the leading manufacturers of the Country. The event is poised to witness more than 550 exhibitors, 1000+ stalls and is expected to draw 13000 visitors from 455 + cities, towns, pan India and 55 + countries (9000 visitors pre-registered already).

Around 8142 visitors have already pre-registered for the show and GJEPC has done an extensive tele calling of all such visitors and almost all of them have confirmed to be visiting Signature IIJS 2017. Throughout January the Council has lined up extensive roadshow & promotion campaign amongst retailers all over India to have the best possible visitor turnout ever at Signature IIJS.

Buyer delegations from countries such as UK, Iran, Russia, Uzbekistan, Turkey, Lebanon, China, Hong Kong, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh & Nepal amongst others will be visiting the show. Technology & Educative Seminars are also being organised for the first two days of the show.
