IGI conducts a retail sales session for the associates of Chintamani Jewellers
The education wing of the Diamond Certifying Authority empowers the retail team by bridging the knowledge gap and imparting the requisite selling skills
IGI India conducted a Retail Sales Program for the sales associates of Chintamani Jewellers from across their branches in Maharashtra and Goa. The seminar focused on the importance of having the requisite product knowledge and unparalleled, over the counter skills that would help them complete a sale.
The seminar emphasized on the importance of understanding and evaluating the quality of a diamond, other gemstones and the various settings in jewelry. The group also participated in a hands-on practical session at the BKC Lab of IGI, that gave them an exposure to the various aspects of a diamond and other gemstones.
Mr. Tehmasp Printer, M.D., IGI India, spoke to the participants about the importance of an IGI certification and the sense of confidence it passes on to the retailers and the proud owners of the diamond. IGI's Retail Sales Program helped the participants gain enough knowledge and confidence to sell their diamond jewelry.
