First GOLD ISTANBUL fair gets underway

The event is showcasing 339 companies and agencies from 15 countries

It has been decided that JB Group’s jewellery brand SoulMate will be the official brand at the world’s largest annual tennis exhibition event - JB Group Classic 2008. The company has inked a three year agreement with the Hong Kong Tennis Patron’s Association (TPA). To mark its 15th anniversary in Hong Kong this year, the group will host the event on a grand scale and has signed on top seeded tennis players exclusively for the event including Venus Williams and Maria Sharapova, amongst others.%%Ian Wade, President of the Hong Kong Tennis Patrons’ Association mentioned “The sport of tennis and our event in particular, is about two players locked together in a battle of will, skill and fitness, on one court. Given the nature of the SoulMate brand as the interlocking of two, this jewellery-to-sports sponsorship is a perfect fit."%%Jitendar Surani, President of the jewellery arm of the JB Group said “Our SoulMate brand, which is about becoming one, is the right symbol of our new partnership with the TPA, the world’s finest women’s tennis.”%%JB Group launched the SoulMate collection in 1996. Every pair of SoulMate diamonds are derived from a single rough and are not separated during cutting and polishing. JB Group will be offering each player a SoulMate gift during the a party to be hosted on January 1 2008, for the JB Group Classic 2008.
