The forthcoming JCK Las Vegas Show-08, slated to be held between May 30 – June 3, 2008, will offer a wide scope of business opportunities and learning. As a prelude to the show, JCK has organsied 35 business related sessions and AGTA will host its GemFair™ at the Venetian Hotel, offering a wide selection of colored gemstones, cultured pearls and jewellery. %% The show will deliver Knowledge sharing through seminars and conferences, which are by invitation events. Jewelers of America will host an Executive Roundtable Discussion: “Retailer-Supplier Relationships: Changing Expectations, Shane Decker of Ex-SELL-Ence will present “Where Have All the Stores Gone?” Industry veterans like Russell Simmons, legendary Gabrielle Tolkowsky and renowned educationalist Diane Warga-Arias will add their expertise and experience to the event. %% The coloured gemstone industry will be represented by the Natural Color Diamond Association (NCDIA), the Tanzanite Quality Scale, the Thai Gem and Jewelry Traders Association. Also, being a prominent industry platform, the JCK will host some key awards and felicitations of the industry - the Top 50 Retailer Awards, presenting the eight Rising Stars at the Design Center, and hosting the Jewelers for Children, 10th Anniversary Facets of Hope Celebration. %% Fashion trends for 2009, will be featured in a fashion show. Entertainment elements at the show will include - WJA Diva Awards, a Fashion Show, the Conde Nast Bridal Media party, the Champagne Reception by the California Jewelers Association, the Plumb Club dinner, are some of the unwinding events. Also the attendees will have a chance to participate in a Design Center Raffle where a retailer will win a $2,500 Merchandise Credit to put toward any order placed with a Design Center Exhibitor.
