Overall diamonds segment fails to pick up @IIJS Signature

Less footfall, minimal inquiries surround the diamond segment.

Tara Jewellers, the retail arm of Tara Jewels Limited, has announced some launches in its retail segment, a new collection of exclusively designed collection of cocktail rings and a flagship store ;launch in Mumbai. %% The collection of rings – named ‘Star princess’ collection, offers diamond studded star shaped rings in several designs (a patent trade mark of the company), with an original center diamond composite head made up of princess center and 4 trillion diamonds forming a radiant star. All diamonds are carefully picked to make a perfectly matched star. %% Talking about the new collection, Mr. Vikram Raizada said, “The Star princess collection is an ideal indication of the fact that variation in diamond jewellery is creating a huge fashion statement amongst women today, no longer does one need an occasion to wear cocktail rings.’’ The collection is targeted at women who believe wearing one piece of outstanding jewellery has more impact than several such pieces, and as such flaunt cocktail rings as the ‘oomph’ factor. %% Tara Jewellers also launched its Mumbai Flagship store in Bandra. The layout of the store, which has been especially designed by international design consultancy, Fitch.
