Kiran Gems has been awarded the first position for being largest exporter of Cut and Polished diamonds for the year 2012-13. This is 6th year in a row that Kiran has been awarded this most coveted position of the industry. Award is given by GJEPC, after conducting rigorous screening and selection process. The selection criteria and process this time were more than numbers; hence, the competing companies had to show their additional performances in various other parameters in order to secure a podium finish. Today Kiran operates with over 140 manufacturing units, more than 31,000 trained and dedicated professionals, cutting and polishing approximately 5.6 million carats of rough diamonds annually and selling globally to more than 1000 delighted customers through its offices in Mumbai, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Antwerp, Dubai and New York.
