The day is celebrated with the spirit of patriotism and unity every year. The day began with the flag hoisting ceremony at Celebrations Hall, Gorakhpur in the presence of the directors of the Group Mr Atul Saraf, Mr Anoop Saraf , Mr. Vaibhav Saraf, Mr. Saumitra Saraf and 500 members of the Aisshpra family. It was followed by the lamp lighting ceremony by the patriarch of the Group, Shri BalKrishna Saraf.

Aisshpra Gems & Jewels, one of the most trusted jewellery houses of Uttar Pradesh have been known for conducting events and activities that bring a difference in society as well as members of the Aisshpra Family. Last year, the brand came up with a patriotic campaign called “Ek Shapath Desh Ke Naam” where every Aisshpra member donated funds for Indian Army martyrs.

The Independence Day is also celebrated as Aisshpra Annual Day which included a motivation session by renowned award winning speaker Dr.Ujjwal Patni. It was attended by the staff members, franchisors as well as the management of Aisshpra. The day was concluded by Aisshpra Achievers award where every outstanding performer of each work profile were given an award for their outstanding performance.

This year, the brand celebrates Independence day with Aisshpra Achievers Award where more than 500 members of Aisshpra Group including Jewellery, Real Estate, Hospitality and Finance came together. It is an initiative by Aisshpra group,a motivational gesture from the company to the employees. Summing up the entire organisational structure the awards have been divided into 8 categories.

The highlight of the awards would be the "Aisshpra Hero" Award as the name suggests it is a single award which we will be given to the person who is the Hero of the organisation.Cash rewards are also going to be conferred at the same time. ‘Trust & Integrity are the building blocks of our company. On 15th August, we not just celebrate the country’s independence but also the spirit of Unity that every member of the group brings with them.
