The Exclusively Yours Service integrates MirAR, an augmented reality app where the customer can also experience unlimited designs on the IPAD. The process is simple where service a customer can simply brief about her requirement to the store executive via WhatsApp/ Zoom video call. On receiving the briefing, a representative arranges a house visit where the jewelry consultant visits the customer's house in a company chauffeur driven car. They are instructed to carry few designs with them as per the brief and incase customer wants to explore more designs, she can experience pieces through the AR app in the iPad carried by the consultant.
