Zale Corp recently welcomed retail industry veteran Theo Killion as its newly elected executive vice president of human resources, legal and corporate strategy. Killion recently worked at executive recruiting firm Berglass+Associates in the retail, consumer goods and fashion industries domain. His experience spans as executive vice president of human resources at Tommy Hilfiger as senior human resource at Macy's East and Home Shopping Network. At Zale, Killion will directly report to to Zale president and chief executive officer, Neal Goldberg.
