The Indian Diamond & Colorstone Association (IDCA) of New York, USA has elected honourees to be awarded at its 24th Annual Tucson Gala Awards. During the ceremony IDCA will pay tribute to its founder-member Haridas Kotahwala, and honour him with the Pioneer Award. Also, the IDCA board has elected Govind Gupta, Chairman & Director of Kagem Mining Limited to receive the Emerald Award at the award function. Kagem Mining is a joint venture with the Government of the Republic of Zambia, and the largest emerald mining company in Africa.%%The Award gala is slated to be held during the AGTA Gem Show which will take place at the Marriott University Park Hotel, on February 10, 2008.
