New Rough Diamond Collection Centre in Antwerp

The new collection centre will be opened by Lemon TechnoMist and Bonas and will be replete with exclusive technologies.

A gem and jewellery park is being conceived at Chhattisgarh, a central state in India. The state government will invest around $37 million in building the park over the next two years, in its new state capital, namely Naya Raipur. %% As told by Chhattisgarh's state industry minister Rajesh Munat to IANS, the state is entailing a cost of Rs.1.7 billion to develop a state-of-the art diamond cutting and polishing center over 28.32 acres of land in the new city. This centre is likely to create 5,000 direct jobs and another 20,000 indirect jobs. %% A foundation stone has been laid for the gem and jewellery park at Naya Raipur. The new state capital will replace the current capital namely Raipur, by 2011.
