%% The Mumbai Jewellery & Gem Fair (MJGF) 2011, which was announced, last year is growing larger by the day and is set to become a premier event well before its inaugural edition. %% To meet with the mammoth demand from the patrons, the organizers are shifting to a bigger hall. The much awaited shows booking list, in the early months has already made it to the wait list. The demand for more space arose from almost all traders who made a booking for MJGF. Domestic diamond,gold pavilion, gemstone manufacturers and even the international exhibitors persistently called for more space. %% The organizers have decided to shift from hall no.6 to a double size hall 1 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre - NSE Complex Goregaon Mumbai. Now with the extra space available, the exhibition can further accommodate around 200 additional participants. %% The first edition of MJGF 2011 will be held in Mumbai from 9-11 December 2011. As Jimé Essink, president and CEO of UBM Asia Ltd said during the launch announcement “This show is a direct response to the market, which has requested that UBM come to Mumbai with a show for the key buying season. The market recognises the unmatched quality and professionalism of UBM events in India and around the world.” %%
