Angola’s government approved a prospecting contract between the state-run miner Endiama, De Beers Angola Prospecting Ltd and Cafeta Mining Exploration Ltd for the Sombuegue region, according to the reports.%%The contract, which covers a total of 2,780 sq km, grants Endiama the mining rights for prospecting, research and recognition. But the Angolan government, which published its approval in the state gazette, noted that Endiama would still be required to set up a joint venture company.
