Sarin intends to market this mainly in India which manufactures nearly 90% of the world’s smaller diamonds.
For cutters of small diamonds, Sarin Technologies has developed a rough planning machine named as the DiaExpert Nano machine. Stones are laser marked according to the set standards by Sarin’s advanced software for computerised mapping and planning of rough diamonds. This helps avoid differences during the planning and diamond production process stages.
The machine works at all stages of planning, mapping and marking, and on diamonds ranging between 1 to approximately 40 points in size. The speed of the machine is almost 400 stones per 8-hour shift.
