The Statement, an initiative by Indian Jewellery magazine, commenced with a grand inauguration attended by actress Kiara Advani at Taj Krishna, Hyderabad.

The actress of the Telugu film ‘Bharat Ane Nenu ’ visited the booths and was impressed by the sheer variety of jewellery that was exhibited at the show. “Every single piece I have seen so far has been stunning. India is truly a land of craftsmanship and I especially loved the pieces from Jaipur. The Statement is definitely a brilliant initiative by the organisers,” she said.

Day one was only privy to a select audience. The show witnessed the well heeled clientele of Hyderabad scouting for exquisite pieces. A lot of young to-be brides walked in with their mothers to buy the perfect piece of jewellery for their wedding.

The show is scheduled to happen on Sunday and Monday (15th & 16th) in Hyderabad in the Grand Ball room at the Taj Krishna.
