All India Gem & Jewellery Domestic Council (GJC) is set to present its flagship event, Manthan on 2nd and 3rd July at Hotel Sahara Star in Mumbai. Widely regarded as India’s most transformational conclave, Manthan aims to act as a knowledge exchange platform where stalwarts of the gem and jewellery industry provide valuable insights. The GJC expects more than 1000 attendees and is powered by World Gold Council and supported by Forevermark this year.

A panel of inspirational and transformational leaders from various walks of life such as RS Sodhi, MD, Gujarat Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation Ltd., (GCMMF) (AMUL), Asher O., MD; Malabar Gold; Sunil Dutt, President, Reliance Jio; Gaurav Singh Kushawa, Founder & CEO, Bluestone; and Dr. Ananta Raghuvanshi, Senior Director – International Business Development & Country Head for India and Nepal, DAMAC Properties and many others will be present at the conclave.

Talking about the event, Chairman Anantha Padmanaban said, “Manthan was conceptualised after a lot of discussions and deliberations to be positioned as a progressive business transformation initiative to take the largely unorganised jewellery businesses towards the organised realm of India Inc. The timing for Manthan is apt as the churning of thoughts, vision and insights will result in a new mindset, mission and ethos. Manthan led to a lot of self-belief, self-confidence and self-worth amongst jewellers leading to believe in ‘Whatever It Takes’ motto for being successful in business despite all odds.”
