IIJS Signature 2009 inaugurated at Goa

The show expects to invite a good number of international visitors

Tanzanite, is now the central attraction at the new Gemological Institute of America (GIA) Museum exhibit, at GIA headquarters in Carlsbad. GIA in a presentation titled "The Tanzanite Foundation: A Celebration of Life." showcased 21 award-winning pieces from the Tanzanite Celebration of Life Jewelry Design Awards. The motifs were designed by international jewellery designers and ranged from headpieces, earrings, necklaces, pendants, bracelets, rings and footwear. The prices will be exhibited at the GIA headquarters through ist Septemnber, at the S. Tasaki Student Lecture Hall.This exhibit will be of special importance as this would be the last time the Tanzanite would be displayed in the United states of America.
