The Gem and Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC) will hold its first edition of India International Jewellery Show Tritiya in Bengaluru from March 24 to March 27, 2022, to link fine jewellery businesses with buyers in India and abroad.

The event will be sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, and it will take place at the Bengaluru International Exhibition Centre (BIEC), said GJEPC. The trade show is designed to enable jewellery manufacturing businesses to connect with new retailers to expand their distribution networks, increase sales, and reach new markets, both in India and abroad.

GJEPC has held multiple editions of India International Jewellery Show but this is its first ‘Tritiya’ edition in Bengaluru, which is designed to boost South Indian jewellery businesses. The trade show closed its ‘registration of interest’ round on December 20 and will subsequently begin stall bookings for businesses.

The event is part of the GJEPC’s endeavours to increase exports of Indian gems and jewellery. The trade body holds an array of trade shows in India’s metros. In 2022, the GJEPC will also hold its 14th edition of India International Jewellery Show Signature in Mumbai from January 6 to January 9 at the Jio World Convention Centre.
