With Gudi Padva, Ugadi, Chaitra Navratri, Akshaya Tritiya and the wedding season round the corner, the event is all set to see a lot of business.
The highlights of the show include freely available Wi-Fi services, car parking facilities for more than 5000 vehicles, complimentary lunch and a range of hotels to choose from.
“GJC has all the verticals of the gem and jewellery industry under its fold. We have manufacturers, traders and those into gold, diamonds, we have silver, we have a light category. It is our duty to promote trade among all the constituents within the industry and holding a national level show like GJS comes naturally to us. Our chairman and our board members had this dream for many years, and we are happy it is taking place,” said Ashish Pethe, Chairman, GJC.
Saiyam Mehra, Vice Chairman, GJC, and Convener, GJS, said, “We at GJC and team GJS are extremely excited about the show. For the past two and a half years, the entire committee has been working relentlessly to make this dream come true. We have planned GJS 2022 strategically at the Reliance Jio Centre, which is one of the best venues for exhibitions in India today and this will take the working, ambience, brand, image and experience of the exhibition to the next level. With 2.5 lakh square feet to exhibit, more than 1,277 stalls and more than 650 exhibitors, GJS 2022 is a class apart. At this moment we have 8000 registered visitors, and with 18 more road shows planned during the month, we are looking at 15000-16000 visitors to attend this exhibition.”
