IIG awarded as Best Educational Institute by IBJA at 7th IIBS awards

IIBS awards are one of the most prestigious awards in the gem & jewellery sector

The International Institute of Gemmology (IIG) has been honoured as the “Best Educational Institute” by the India Bullion and Jewellers Association (IBJA) at the 7th India International Bullion Summit (IIBS), organized by IBJA. IIBS awards are one of the most prestigious awards in the Gem & Jewellery sector.

“We are delighted and proud to announce that we have been chosen as the winner of the category Best Educational Institute at 7th India Bullion & Jewellery Awards 2022. A huge thank you to our wonderful team; without them this would not have been possible,” said Rahul Desai, Director, IIG. “I would like to dedicate this award to the entire IIG Team, Heads of Departments, Faculties, Admins, Course Coordinators, Marketing Executives, and all the staff members who are the backbone of the institute and made this milestone achievable.”

IIG also called an Alumni Meet 2021-22, with 50-plus students from various part of India attending the event.

“We, at IIG, are extremely honoured to have received the Best Educational Institute Award. It is through the constant support and confidence shown in us that we are motivated to achieve higher growth. We would especially like to thank Shri Prithviraj Kothari ji (President IBJA), Mr. Surendra Mehta, National Secretary – IBJA, Mr. Nilesh Gupta, President – IBJA Skill Development Council Board, and the entire IBJA team for recognizing and awarding us with this prestigious award,” Desai added.

On March 11, 2022, IBJA also honoured and elected Rahul Desai as one of the Directors for IBJA Skill Development Council Board. He was also a panellist at an interactive session on Skill Development – Way Forward and Future of Diamond & Colorstones.
