GJC COA 2022 Election Results Announced

Important Chairs were elected unanimously, unopposed

All India Gems and Jewellery Domestic Council’s Committee of Administration Election Results were announced on December 26, 2022. Advocate Bankim Mehta, the Returning Officer for the announcement, said that he was pleased to announce the results of the ‘GJC Election 2022’ in the presence of the Election Committee Members with GJC Office Members. The event was relayed live on social media.

Rajesh Rokde from Bhaiyyaji Rambhauji Rokde Jewellers who belongs to the Large Retailer Panel was unanimously elected Zonal Chairman of the West Division.

Dr Ravi Kapoor from Kays Jewels Pvt Ltd who belongs to the Large Retailer Panel was unanimously elected Zonal Chairman of the North Division.

Sahil Mehra from Mehra Sons belonging to the West Zone was unanimously elected Medium Manufacturer – Jewellery.

Ashok Kumar Jain from Shree Laxmi Jewellery Pvt. Ltd belonging to the South Zone was unanimously elected Medium Retailer – Jewellery.

Amit Kumar Soni from Kik Jewels Pvt. Ltd belonging to the East Zone was unanimously elected Small Manufacturer – Jewellery.

Madan Kothari from Master Chain Pvt Ltd belonging to the West Zone was unanimously elected Small Manufacturer – Jewellery.

Nilesh Shobhavat from Rajmudra Jewellers belonging to the West Zone was unanimously elected Small & Medium Wholesaler – Jewellery.

Suyash Agarwal from RV Agarwal & Sons belonging to the West Zone was unanimously elected Small & Medium Manufacturer – Silver Jewellery and Small & Medium Manufacturer Colour Stones.

Other winners included Saiyam Mehra, Rajesh Rokde, Dr B. Govindan, Sunil Poddar, Ravi Kapoor, Ashok Kumar Jain, Amit Kumar Soni, Dinesh Jain, Kamal Singhania, Madan Kothari, Mohanlal Jain, Nilesh Shobhawat, Ravi Prakash Agarwal, Rupesh Tambi, S. Abdul Nazar, Sahil Mehra, Samar Kumar De, Siddhartha Sawansukha, Suyash Agarwal and Suresh Dhruv.
