Sennes, the laboratory-grown diamond jewellery label from Senco Gold & Diamonds, marked its presence at the 2026 edition of the Cannes Film Festival through a collaboration with creator and style influencer Rida Tharana. For her red-carpet appearance, Tharana wore a custom-made teardrop solitaire laboratory-grown diamond necklace inspired by the Sennes monogram silhouette. The piece featured cascading teardrop motifs and was paired with complementary diamond accents.

The collaboration reflects the brand’s focus on contemporary design and its efforts to strengthen international visibility within the fine jewellery segment. According to the company, the design language centred on sculptural silhouettes, fluid forms and versatility across occasion-based and everyday jewellery.

Commenting on the collaboration, Tharana said, “What I loved most about the piece was how effortless yet striking it felt. It had this beautiful fluidity to it, modern, elegant, and incredibly easy to wear.” She added, “There’s something really refreshing about the way Sennes approaches jewellery; it feels expressive, current, and naturally part of the overall look rather than just an accessory.”

Joita Sen said, “Seeing one of our signature creations at Cannes is incredibly special for us because it reflects the direction in which the brand is evolving, globally minded, design-led, and rooted in a modern interpretation of luxury.” The company stated that the Cannes appearance forms part of Sennes’ broader positioning strategy focused on design, storytelling and contemporary fine jewellery.
