Govind Gupta}}, Chairman & Director of Kagem Mining Limited who will be honored with the Emerald Award. Gupta has been associated with Kagem since 1984/85. Kagem Mining is a joint venture with the Government of the Republic of Zambia and is the largest emerald mining company in Africa. %% {{2. Haridas Kotahwala}} will be presented with the Pioneer Award.
