The Harry Winston retail outfit in Paris was robbed of jewels worth around $102 million which include rings, necklaces and luxury watches. The store was almost completely wiped out. The event occurred as an armed group of robbers made their way into the store located at Avenue Montaigne near Paris' iconic Champs-Elysees. They ordered the staff to empty jewels from the safe, at gun point. They reportedly turned the shop upside down. %% This is the second time the same store has been robbed over the past year or so. The previous robbery was worth $25 million in jewellery, and pieces worth between $2,500-$4 million. The police officials are investigating the matter and have reportedly caught some suspects.
