River Diamonds proposes name change

Decision is expected during the AGM

Three scholarships are reserved for GIA London’s courses - one for the Distance Education Gemologist Diploma programme and two for the On Campus G.G. programme. The remaining three are for the On Campus G.G. program at GIA India. GIA has stipulated October 15 to be the last date to receive applications.
GIA has lined up 96 scholarships worth $431,000 for the semester beginning 2008. The value of each scholarship varies between $500 to full tuition fee and includes for the first time six scholarships for GIA institutes outside the U.S. These six scholarships cover full tuition expenses.
