In Ayambil or Aaimbil , eating of food is once a day only in one sitting. The Food contains only cereals and pulses and not sprouted. Food is spice free and boiled and cooked without salt, milk, curd, ghee oil, oil, sugar. Boiled water can be consumed up to sunset only.

Mass Ayambil was organized at Bharat Diamond Bourse on Wednesday, 12th October 2016.

Though Ayambil is related Jain religion, 483 employees of Hari Krishna Exports Pvt. Ltd. took part in this Ayambil taking it on health grounds.
