Diamantaire Nirav Modi buys Kala Ghoda based Rhythm House

The store was bought by Nirav Modi for an undisclosed amount and will soon be converted into a diamond showroom.

Rhythm House that has been a huge part of Mumbai’s entertainment closed its doors in March 2016. Owned by the Curmally famiy over the last 7 decades, the shop was sold to Nirav Modi for a sum that has not been disclosed to the public.

According to Mumbai Mirror, realty experts believe that in the current resale scenario of the Kala Ghoda precinct, the deal could’ve been closed for a sum of Rs 25 Cr.

Rhythm House was known for its veritable collection of music and Nirav Modi’s acquisition of this property is a big move for the business.
