Zale, the fine jewellery retailer, is restructuring its management after its North America President John Zimmerman has left. While the company is yet seeking a chief operating officer, it has promoted Steve Lang to group senior vice president and chief merchandising officer. Zale will form a new merchandising organisation, which will be led by Lang.
