Shree Ramkrishna Exports Pvt. Ltd. (SRK) has joined hands with Surat Municipal Corporation (SMC) to roll out a free Covid-19 vaccination drive for its personnel, making it among the first Surat-based companies to do so. In line with the ongoing government guidelines, SRK’s drive has so far successfully vaccinated 630+ personnel in the 45-plus age group.

Although this initiative is voluntary in nature, the company encourages all its team members to get vaccinated against Covid-19.

“At SRK, we strictly prioritise the health and well-being of all our people as we all are a part of a big SRK family. Vaccination is currently one of the most effective tools to fight against Covid-19. As the Government gears up for the next phase of the vaccination drive, we encourage each one in our organisation to opt for the vaccine and fight against Covid-19,” an SRK team member was quoted as saying.

SRK is providing the requisite infrastructure for the vaccination drive, which is being conducted within the company premises. It also has an in-house ambulance service on standby to deal with an emergency.

SRK is still following multiple precautionary measures like thermal sensing systems, hand sanitiser dispensers, and social distancing, to ensure the safety and well-being of its staff.
