GJEPC and MDMA Host Seminar Highlighting Parichay Card and PM Vishwakarma Yojana

The Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC) in collaboration with the Mumbai Diamond Merchants Association (MDMA) organized an informative seminar at the MDMA Trading Hall in the Bharat Diamond Bourse

The event saw an impressive turnout of over 750 participants, focusing on the advantages of the GJEPC Parichay Card and the PM Vishwakarma Yojana.

The seminar shed light on several key benefits, including:

Two-Way SMS Communication: An efficient way for artisans to stay informed and connected.

Health Insurance Coverage: Rs. 35,000 in coverage to ensure better healthcare for artisans.

Official Recognition: Enhanced acknowledgment of artisans' contributions to the industry.

PM Vishwakarma Yojana Support: Comprehensive assistance including tool kits, concessional financing, and six days of free training with a stipend provided by the Indian Institute of Gems & Jewellery (IIGJ), a GJEPC initiative.

The event included a lively Q&A session, addressing a range of inquiries from attendees. It concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks extended to the MDMA committee for their efforts in making the seminar a success.
