The Jaipur Regional Office of the Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC) recently conducted a successful two-day retail mastery workshop at the Indian Institute of Gems & Jewellery (IIGJ) in Jaipur. This workshop aimed to enhance the skills of frontline retail salespersons.

Approximately 35 participants, including retail store owners from various profiles and experience levels, enrolled in the workshop. The training was led by retail specialist Shri Pritesh Desai, whose expertise was highly appreciated by attendees. Many participants expressed their satisfaction with the workshop and showed interest in joining an advanced course.

On the concluding day, Dr. Nawal Agarwal, Chairman of IIGJ Jaipur, and Shri Nirmal Bardiya, Rajasthan Regional Chairman of GJEPC, interacted with the trainees and presented them with certificates.
