Arisia is a high-end brand which was launched by the DTC, De Beer's marketing arm, in India, along with three others Nakshatra, Asmi and Sangini.%%The deal price has not been disclosed, however Vishal Doshi, Shrenuj's CEO, confirmed the acquisition. According to him, the brand would compliment Shrenuj’s in-house brands Sveni and Bhavya. Quoting him, the Economic Times website reports "We are quite keen to acquire successful and profitable brands. We have been involved with Arisia since its inception and therefore our understanding of the brand is in-depth and we are in the best position to grow the brand to its true potential.”
