The event served as a heartfelt tribute to the people behind the brand's continued success, while laying out a shared vision for a bold, progressive future.
Held in Mumbai, Udaan 2026 reflected the company’s core values of resilience, evolution, and ambition. The event began with a spiritual invocation through the chanting of the Navkar Mantra, setting a serene and auspicious tone for the evening.
A key highlight of the programme was the premiere of an emotionally charged journey film, capturing Dassani Brothers’ evolution—from its rich legacy to its present-day prominence—while reinforcing its enduring commitment to craftsmanship, culture, and people.
In a poignant moment, the company honoured long-serving team members across three distinguished categories:
Platinum League: 30+ years of dedicated service
Diamond League: 15+ years of impactful contribution
Gold League: 8+ years of loyalty and hard work
Additionally, new formal designations for key team members were announced—acknowledging their growing responsibilities and leadership roles within the organisation.
Adding depth to the evening, the Managing Director & CEO of the International Institute of Gemology (IIG), who has recently joined Dassani Brothers as a Business Consultant, delivered an insightful talk on future-ready strategies in the jewellery industry.
To lighten the mood, the event also featured a stand-up comedy act, drawing laughter and camaraderie from the audience. A family tribute video later in the evening added an emotional touch, highlighting the cultural bonds and collective spirit that define the Dassani work culture.
