The new facility is set to deliver GSI’s globally recognised gemological services to manufacturers, traders, and retailers in the eastern region, further strengthening the city’s position as a leading jewellery hub.
The launch event was attended by prominent industry leaders, including Pankaj Parekh (Regional Chairman East, GJEPC), Suvro Chandra (Jt. MD, P.C. Chandra Jewellers), Ashok Bengani (President, Calcutta Jewellers Welfare & Ankurhati Associations), and Amit Soni (CoA Member, GJC), along with several respected jewellers from Kolkata. Guests welcomed GSI’s entry into the city and praised its commitment to bringing cutting-edge certification services and technological innovation to the region.
