GJEPC’s IIJS Bharat–Signature 2026 will be held in Mumbai from January 8–12 across two venues, bringing exhibitors and global buyers together to set early-year sourcing and business direction.
The Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC) is set to host the 18th edition of IIJS Bharat–Signature 2026 in Mumbai, marking the first global B2B jewellery trade fair of the year.
The exhibition will be held at the Jio World Convention Centre (JWCC), Bandra Kurla Complex, from January 8 to 11, and concurrently at the Bombay Exhibition Centre (NESCO), Goregaon, from January 9 to 12. IGJME Bharat–Signature 2026, the machinery and technology showcase, will run alongside the event at NESCO.
IIJS Bharat–Signature 2026 will feature over 1,600 exhibitors across more than 3,300 stalls, spread across 1.25 lakh square metres. The show is expected to attract over 25,000 trade buyers from more than 800 Indian cities, including around 1,400 international buyers from 40 countries and 12 international buyer delegations.
Speaking ahead of the event, Kirit Bhansali of GJEPC said, “As the first global jewellery trade fair of the year, IIJS Bharat – Signature plays a defining role in setting the industry’s direction. India’s gem and jewellery sector today is focused on strengthening global trust, expanding market access, and building long-term competitiveness through quality, innovation, and responsible practices. IIJS reflects this larger ambition.”
This edition will also see the participation of over 368 first-time exhibitors. The Select CLUB luxury segment at JWCC will bring together 107 curated companies showcasing high-end couture and fine jewellery.
Shaunak Parikh of GJEPC and National Exhibitions said, “IIJS Bharat – Signature is where the industry begins its annual business cycle. The dual-venue format allows us to meet growing exhibitor demand while delivering a seamless experience for buyers.”
