PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery Limited debuted on the stock exchanges on March 4, 2026, with its shares closing at a premium on both the BSE and NSE.

The company’s shares closed at Rs 414 per share on the BSE, representing a 7.3% premium over the issue price. On the NSE, the stock ended the day at Rs 411.7 per share, reflecting a 6.7% premium.

The listing performance contrasted with broader selling pressure on Dalal Street during the trading session. After listing, the stock recorded upside movement and maintained gains through the day’s close.

According to NSE data, total traded volume reached 47.99 lakh shares. On the BSE, 2.39 lakh shares were traded. Combined turnover across both exchanges on the first trading day stood at Rs 197 crore.

Based on the closing price, the company’s market capitalization stood at Rs 1,312.2 crore on the BSE and Rs 1,265.1 crore on the NSE.

The company had opened its Rs 380 crore initial public offering for subscription between February 24 and February 26, 2026. The issue was subscribed approximately 1.23 times overall. Qualified Institutional Buyers subscribed their portion 1.04 times, while the non-institutional investor segment was subscribed 1.54 times. The retail investor portion recorded a subscription of 1.29 times.

PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery Limited operates as a retail-focused jewellery brand selling diamond jewellery and products made with precious and semi-precious stones set in gold and platinum. The company also retails plain platinum jewellery including rings, bracelets and chains under its flagship brand Reva.

The company’s corporate promoter, P. N. Gadgil & Sons Limited, historically operated across gold jewellery, silverware, diamond jewellery and gemstone jewellery. Under a business transfer agreement dated January 31, 2025, the promoter divested its diamond business to the company through a slump sale, establishing PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery Limited as an independent entity.
