Heer by GIVA, the gold and lab-grown diamond jewellery brand from GIVA, has opened its first offline store in Bengaluru on March 23, 2026, marking its entry into physical retail.

The launch was accompanied by ‘Alfaaz-e-Heer’, an event featuring a shayari session by Priya Malik, along with a trivia night and in-store celebrations attended by creators, fashion enthusiasts and customers.

The store spans over 815 sq. ft. of retail space, with an additional 230 sq. ft. allocated for back-end operations. It showcases Heer’s gold and lab-grown diamond jewellery collections within a dedicated retail environment.

The move represents a strategic expansion beyond the brand’s digital-first model, enabling direct customer interaction and in-store engagement. The format is designed to provide customers with a physical touchpoint to experience product collections and brand positioning.

Resha Jain of GIVA said, “Heer has always been about celebrating individuality and the many voices of modern India. With the launch of our first offline store, we wanted to create an experience that reflects the soul of the brand, expressive, personal and rooted in culture. Alfaaz-e-Heer was our way of bringing that spirit alive, where poetry, community and jewellery come together to celebrate self-expression.”

The company stated that the offline expansion is intended to strengthen community engagement and support the growing demand for contemporary fine jewellery through curated retail formats.
