Talks With Diamond Producing Nations Are In Progress To Source Rough Directly

An Indian delegation is heading for Turkey to promote cooperation in terms of trade, technology transfer, joint venture, within the jewelry industry. The Indian Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI) and the World Gold Council (WGC), will lead the delegation. The visit is slated between March 26 to 31, 2008.%%On the agenda for the visit, is an interaction with the Turkish jewellery manufacturing units and a visit to the Istanbul Jewellery Show. The business delegation is being supported by India’s ministry of commerce and industry.
