Limelight Laboratory Grown Diamonds will launch 25 stores across metros and Tier 2 cities in Q1 FY26, expanding its network to over 85 stores to strengthen category presence.
Mumbai-based Limelight Laboratory Grown Diamonds has announced plans to launch 25 new stores in the first quarter of FY26 across metros and high-growth Tier 2 cities.
With this expansion, the company’s total retail network will exceed 85 stores nationwide. The move marks the start of its growth strategy for the new financial year, with a focus on widening market reach.
Pooja Madhavan, Founder and MD, said, “When we started Limelight, our vision was not just to build a brand, but to create an entirely new category in India. Launching 25 stores at the very start of the financial year is a strong signal of this shift.”
The company stated that its expansion strategy includes strengthening presence beyond metro markets to capture demand from emerging cities. It aims to align store rollout with changing consumer preferences and increased acceptance of lab grown diamonds.
Karamjyot Singh Chawla, Director – Retail Expansion, said, “Our expansion strategy is sharply focused on building depth across high-potential markets, not just breadth. Supporting this scale is a strong backbone across merchandising, supply chain, and financial discipline.”
Nirav Bhatt, Co-founder and Director – Inventory & Merchandise, added that the company is focusing on inventory agility and design relevance to meet rising demand.
Kalpan Dalal, Co-founder and Director – Production & Finance, said, “Scaling to 200 stores requires a strong backbone of efficient production and financial discipline.”
The expansion is supported by an omni-channel approach, franchise partnerships, and continued investment in supply chain and merchandising capabilities. The company has outlined a roadmap to reach 200 stores by 2027.
