P N Gadgil Jewellers Limited reported FY26 revenue of Rs 107,391 million, up 39.6% year-on-year, with PAT rising 87.8%, driven by retail growth, festive demand, studded jewellery sales, and network expansion.
P N Gadgil Jewellers Limited has reported audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31 March 2026, with consolidated FY26 revenue reaching Rs 107,391 million, marking a 39.6% year-on-year increase.
The company reported Profit After Tax (PAT) growth of 87.8% year-on-year to Rs 4,098 million, while EBITDA rose 89.6% to Rs 7,040 million during FY26. Total revenue excluding the other segment increased 56.4% year-on-year for FY26 and 103.1% year-on-year in Q4 FY26. Same-Store Sales Growth (SSSG) stood at 86% year-on-year for the quarter and 43% for the full year, indicating continued traction across existing stores. Average revenue per store for FY26 was Rs 1,376.8 million, while net profit per store reached Rs 52.5 million.
In product categories, gold jewellery recorded 120% growth in value and 27% growth in volume during Q4 FY26. Silver jewellery posted 246% growth in value and 37% growth in volume, while the diamond category registered 84% growth in value and more than 125% growth in volume year-on-year. The retail stud ratio reached 9.9%.
The company also reported strong festive and event-driven sales during the year. Foundation Day sales stood at Rs 3,651.1 million, while Gudi Padwa sales reached Rs 1,707.0 million, reflecting 38% year-on-year growth. Gratitude Day celebrations generated sales of Rs 2,254.4 million. Customer footfall increased 10% during the period, with a conversion rate of 93%. Transaction count grew 9%, taking the Average Transaction Value (ATV) to Rs 100.2k.
Commenting on the performance, Dr. Saurabh Gadgil said, “FY26 was a defining year for P N Gadgil Jewellers as the Company crossed the Rs 100,000 Mn revenue milestone for the first time.” He added that growth was supported by wedding and festive demand, lightweight and studded jewellery sales, omni-channel execution, and expansion into Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. During FY26, the company expanded its retail footprint to 78 stores.
