Indriya unveiled grain-based Rangavalli installations at Orion Mall and Shri Satya Ganapathi Shirdi Sai Baba Temple in Bengaluru to showcase its Padmika collection during Vijayadashami.
Indriya, the jewellery brand from the Aditya Birla Group, unveiled a sustainable Rangavalli installation inspired by its Padmika collection at two locations in Bengaluru during the Vijayadashami festive season.
The installations were created at Orion Mall and Shri Satya Ganapathi Shirdi Sai Baba Temple, covering approximately 400 sq. ft. at the mall and 1,600 sq. ft. at the temple. Rice, millets, seeds and other grain-based materials were used to recreate the jewellery design in the traditional rangoli format.
The Padmika collection features 22-karat gold jewellery and highlights pink meenakari, a form of coloured enamel artistry. The necklace incorporates floral carvings and an image of Goddess Lakshmi seated on a lotus.
As part of the initiative, Indriya has also organised a Rangavalli competition, inviting customers to create Padmika-inspired designs at home using stencils distributed through promotional kits. Participants can use colours, grains or grain powders and share their creations with the brand through social media or WhatsApp.
The initiative offers 100 winners the opportunity to receive a 200-milligram, 22-karat gold coin.
Indriya was launched in July 2024 by the Aditya Birla Group. Its portfolio includes diamond, gemstone and traditional gold jewellery designs.
