Gitanjali Lifestyle Ltd., a unit of Indian diamond and diamond jewellery manufacturing company Gitanjali Gems Ltd., has acquired B Vijay Retail Ventures Pvt Ltd., according to a Reuters report. B Vijay Retail, practices a wide canvas of jewellery manufacturing from diamond, to precious stones, gold and silver. Its retail brand 'HooP' has been well established in Indian retail. The value of the deal between the two companies however was not disclosed.
