Indian Institute of Gems & Jewellery, Mumbai will be hosting GLIMPZ 09, an annual exhibition featuring works of its graduating students, on 21 May 2009. The event will be inaugurated by the famous jewellery designer Ms. Kriti Soni in presence of industry stalwarts. %% This year, 30 students of the 3rd Diploma in Jewellery Design & Manufacture Technology, under Mentor and Project Head Raja Gondkar, have worked on the eternal floral theme; delivering innovative designs in jewellery collections approaching the age-old theme from various individual perspectives. %% For a jewellery connoisseur, the exhibition offers a delight of 30 interpretations of a single theme; which is like food for thought for the Indian jewellery industry. The exhibition will be open for the industry, students and general public till 24th May 2009.
