Stellar Diamonds has begun commercial production at the Mandala Mine in Guinea, during April, and has achieved a production of over 7,600 carats of diamonds till now. The company has noted the grades of the initial production to be high for an alluvial diamond project with confirmed presence of some larger diamonds. Amongst the larger diamonds is one of 31 carats. So far, the largest diamonds mined were of 31.33 carats, 12.94 carats and 10.93 carats. %% The company has exported the first diamonds from the mine to Antwerp for valuation and sale.
