P N Gadgil and Co., a jewellery company headquartered in Pune, India, is stretching its portfolio to now also include real estate, reports say. It has tied-up with Dajikaka Developers Pvt Ltd. The duo are building a residential project at Bavdhan. %% The project of three buildings and 150-units is entitled Anantshilp, slated to be ready within 24 months. Besides the amenities of a luxury residential structure, the project will include eco-friendly elements like sewage treatment plant, water treatment plant and rainwater harvesting, reports add.
