The Israel Diamond Institute Group of Companies (IDI) is preparing for a mega representation of the Israeli Diamond Industry, at the forthcoming VicenzaOro First 2010. Six Israeli companies, including AFIC Diamonds Ltd., B.S.M. Diamonds Ltd., Gal Diamonds Ltd., Kristal Diamonds Ltd. , Moshe Namdar & Co., and SDE Group will form the Israel Diamond Pavilion at the Diamond Avenue in Pavilion G. %% The VicenzaOro First 2010 is slated to be held between January 16 - 21, 2010. To enable the visitors gain additional information on the scope of business with Israeli diamond companies, the IDI has organised an image booth at its Pavilion and a mini-site narrating the Israeli presence at the VicenzaOro First on the IDI official portal. %% Participating Israeli companies include manufacturers and exporters of loose stones and diamond studded jewellery. The Israeli diamond companies are seeking new and stronger business ties in the European markets, which feature as important destinations for Israel’s diamond business. Net polished diamond exports from Israel in 2008, amounted to over $6.2 billion and has seen a significant demand with European markets. Reports add that Belgium and Switzerland figure as the third and fourth largest markets for Israel’s polished diamond exports.
