There was a rise noted again in gold prices in Mumbai's Bullion market. Standard gold (99.5 per cent purity) rose by Rs 35 per 10 grams to close at Rs 20,085, up from the previous days closing level of Rs 20,050. Also, pure gold (99.9 per cent purity) prices went up by Rs 40 per 10 grams to close at Rs 20,185 from yesterday’s closing of Rs 20,145. %% The market saw keen local buying for gold as well as silver. %% The price of silver reached Rs 42,445 per kilo, an all-time high. Silver ready (.999 fineness) price rose Rs 460 per kg to close at Rs 42,445 as against Rs 41,985.
