According to an NDTV report, a 15 carat diamond has been discovered by the most unlikely alluvial digger Shyam Lal, over an 80-sq-ft- land in Panna, Madhya Pradesh. Shyam who had leased this land eight years ago, is now the owner of a Rs.40 lakh ($100,000) diamond.
