GJEPC names winners from India's gem and jewellery trade

Will honour them in an award ceremony slated for September 2008

As mentioned by a Reuters report, Boucheron has delved into the ecommerce medium for its jewellery sales, by launched its own website. Through this, it would transact orders valued up to US$14,000 (€10,000). The internet site was launched on September 17 to the public while earlier access was granted to a select group of the company's clients.
Boucheron has stipulated value parameters for its sales, through the internet and otherwise. For transactions above US$14,000, a dedicated hotline has been provided with. For high values exceeding US$70,000 (€50,000), the shoppers would have to visit the store personally.
