The claims of the De Beers lawsuits, recently settled, would be published in a public notice in October 2007, according to Jewelers Vigilance Committee (JVC). De Beers had raised a total fund of $290 to settle all class action lawsuits in United States, in 2005. The narrative of the settlement will be up on the JVC website, according to the association.
